Personal branding in any business is essential to luring in clientele and ensuring a higher rate of success. However, in fashion, many believe that this is seemingly more difficult due to the fact that the industry is constantly evolving and contains an abundance of creativity already. The question is- How does a business in fashion utilize new technology to set themselves apart from other brands?

If a company begins integrating evolving technology into their brand, they will become nearly unstoppable. (In my opinion) As the world changes, so does everything in it. Fashion is always evolving, the world is always changing, and technology is constantly developing. Most business are starting to delve into the online world because offers many benefits to a company. Online, a company can provide information with a click of a button and reach billions of people- even internationally. Amazing right? I find that in society today, marketing your business through social media can be contribute to a lot of success.

It is important for these companies to remember to stay true to their branding and band values when converting their company over to a media platform. Branding is key when utilizing developing technology. A company must find a way to set themselves apart from the other thousands of fashion companies online as well. Image is essential to online branding and it is what sets one company apart from the other. Image of a post or a photograph will initially draw a customer in, and then the information following will keep them interested.

In the end, branding a company is important in all aspects of a business. However, the world is evolving and so is technology- so companies should veer their creativity in that direction.

Fashion companies are also creating new products involving technology, such as the Bluetooth Sports Bra and Fitbit. There are thousands of new, innovative techniques that have yet to fully involve in the fashion industry using new technology. For example, there are smart textiles now. I will go into much more detail about smart textiles in a future post! Or this post will become outstandingly lengthy!
